Health Order
San Diego County and California public health officials have issued orders to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The County order is in effect until further notice.
As of April 7, 2021, the Public Health Order for the County of San Diego has been updated.
Updated Guidance
- Places of Worship and Providers and Cultural Ceremonies
- In response to recent judicial rulings, effective immediately, location and capacity limits on places of worship are not mandatory but are strongly recommended. The linked guidance is in the process of being updated. All other restrictions in the guidance remain in place.
- Cardrooms
- The capacity limits and required modifications for cardrooms and satellite wagering facilities have been updated. (Click here) for more updated information.
- Bowling Alleys
- Can open with modifications, Max 25% capacity, Max 50% capacity if all guests test negative or show proof of full vaccination, Food/beverage service in designated areas only.
- Ice rinks
- Indoors: Can open with modifications, Max 25% capacity, Max 50% capacity if all guests test negative or show proof of full vaccination, Food/beverage service in designated areas only.
