2025 Business Certificate Renewal Reminder

Business certificate renewal forms have been sent out! All City of Solana Beach 2024 business certificates will expire on December 31, 2024. If you hold an active 2024 business certificate, you should receive a renewal form in the mail with instructions and payment information to process your 2025 certificate. Currently, the City does not offer online renewal or payment options, but we're working on it!

If you haven’t received your renewal form by November 1st, a blank form with instructions is available on the Business Certificates page.

Important Renewal Deadlines:

• Expiration Date: December 31, 2024
• Renewal Deadline: January 31, 2025 (postmarked no later than this date if mailed)
• Non-Renewal: Any business certificate not renewed by January 31, 2025, will be closed, requiring a new application to reopen.
