Solana Beach Community Bike Ride

May is Bike Month and your invited to be part of the celebration! 

Join BikeWalkSolana for the fourth Tour of Solana Beach Community Ride on Saturday, May 25. Starting at La Colonia Park at 10 AM, the group will pedal through the lovely neighborhoods of Solana Beach at a leisurely pace. This 13.7 mile ride will be led by qualified ride monitors. Previous tours had well over 100 people of all ages joined this family friendly event. Even more are expect this year, so please arrive by 9:30 AM to register sign a waiver, and receive instructions before our departure time of 10:00 am. 

Be sure that your bike is in good working condition: ABC = Air (inflated tires), Brakes (working ones), and Chain (lubricated). Please wear a helmet, and bring your own water and snacks. Stay for the raffle at the finish, and you might win a prize!

Please pre-register for the ride, especially youth under 18 who may be riding without a parent. Click here to download the waiver for the ride, print, sign and either scan and email to admin@bikewalksolana.org or bring signed to the event. Parents must add their youth’s name and sign. Adults leave the youth line blank. This will save time checking in on Saturday, May 25th as well as enable youth to ride even if their parents can’t make it.
