Rental & Financial Assistance Now Available for Solana Beach Seniors

The Community Resource Center (CRC) is providing new rental and financial assistance programs for residents of Solana Beach aged 55+ who earn at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.

If you meet these criteria and reside in Solana Beach, you may qualify for financial aid and personalized case management.

If you are aware of senior households consistently struggling with timely rent payments, CRC is ready to offer not only financial support but also personalized case management to help with budgeting and other community resources.

This initiative aims to alleviate financial pressure for seniors who may be facing challenges in meeting their rent and other obligations. Our goal is to provide each eligible household with approximately $1,200 over the course of 3-4 months through our shallow subsidy program.

Eligibility:

• Age 55+
• At or below 80% of Area Median
• Income Current Resident of Solana Beach

• Limited rental assistance and case management.
