At the January 26th City Council meeting, the Council received an update on the Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) Community Choice Aggregation program. Executive Director Barbara Boswell updated the Council on the current status of the program, CEA expansion, rate update and a credit amendment for ongoing operations.
