Solana Beach Fire Badge Pinning Ceremony

On March 1st, the City held a Badge Pinning Ceremony to celebrate members of the Solana Beach Fire Department.
Fire Chief Josh Gordon presided over the ceremony.
The two newest members received their badges as firefighters and recently promoted members received their badges signifying their new rank.
Those that were recognized during this ceremony were:
- Firefighter/Paramedic Michael Monken
- Firefighter/Paramedic Christopher Schmit
- Fire Engineer/Paramedic James Hancock
- Fire Engineer/Paramedic Charles Mead
- Fire Engineer/Paramedic John Spann
- Fire Captain Carson Hogan
- Fire Captain Ryan Pester
