A submitted records request should provide a description with sufficient specificity to enable us to identify and locate the records you seek. We will respond to your request within ten days, as per the California Public Records Act. You will be contacted with any additional questions and/or when your request is ready. You may also make a request in person at City Hall during business hours by filling out the hard copy and we will enter it into the system.
