Upcoming Pavement Maintenance: Slurry Seal Treatment

As part of the on-going Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project, the following streets will receive slurry seal treatment after the Thanksgiving Holiday, from Monday, December 2nd, to Wednesday, December 4th (weather permitting):

• SunValley Road - from Highland Ave to Santa Helena
• San Mario - from Santa Sabina to Santa Petra
• Ida Ave - from Highland Ave to 663 Ida Ave

Slurry seal process takes several hours to cure after application. Access to properties in the work zones will be temporarily closed during the curing process. City staff and traffic control personnel will be available onsite to provide assistance as needed.

Residents that will be affected by this upcoming treatment will be notified soon with door hangers.
