SBCC & Friends of the Solana Beach Library November Lecture Series

Solana Beach Community Connections and Friends of the Solana Beach Library are excited to announce their monthly lecture series scheduled for this Tuesday, November 14th, at 6:00 PM.
This month's leacture is "The Policy and Politics of International Climate Change" by David G. Victor, Professor at UCSD's School of Global Policy and Strategy. Professor Victor will lecture on how regulation affects major energy markets around the world. He holds the Cowhey Center for Global Transformation Endowed Chair in Innovation and Public Policy and is co-director of the UCSD campus wide Deep Decarbonization Initiative, which focuses on real world strategies for bringing the world to early zero emissions of warming gases.
